He was a lecturer of Islamic State University of Radin Intan Lampung, Open University, Higher Education in Teacher Training and Education of Bandar Lampung, STMIK-STIE Darmajaya Bandar Lampung, and LP3i Lampung. He completed his master and doctorate in Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
